Comprei uma blusa na loja de copacabana para minha filha ,a blusa nao serviu fui troca-la 17 dias apos a compra a gerente me informou que nao poderia troca-la ...simples assim. Que e uma politica da loja
Eu infelizmente nao tinha a nota senao com certeza ja estaria no procon.
Isso e uma falta de respeito com os cliente ainda mais nos dias de hoje.
Como eu disse a gerente...acabaram de petder uma cliente,sei que a loja nao fechara por isso mas sinto terem uma politica de troca tao rigido de dada marcada,sei que isso e uma questao de boa vontade e se caso a peça nao estar danificada mas porque passou do prazo dias...e ma vontade

I bought a blouse at the copacabana store for my daughter, the blouse didn't fit I went to change it 17 days after the purchase, the manager informed me that I couldn't change it ... as simple as that. What is a store policy
I unfortunately didn't have the note otherwise I would certainly be on the procon.
That and a lack of respect with customers even more these days.
As I told the manager ... they just petder a customer, I know the store won't close because of that, but I feel they have a very strict exchange policy, I know that this is a matter of goodwill and if the piece is not damaged but because the days have passed ... and I will

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja cara, com produtos descartáveis. Comprei três calças no shopping Tijuca e em uma única vez que usei, ela simplesmente esgaçou! e deu bolinha entre as pernas nas três calças. Voltei a loja, as calças foram para análise onde eles falaram que isso aconteceu por ter a parte interna das coxas grossas, questionei quanto ao esgaçado, mas o silêncio foi minha resposta. A gerente foi instruída a limpar as bolinhas e me devolver as calças. Relatei isso em um grupo e fiquei impressionada por saber que não era a única que aconteceu isso, ou seja, qualidade péssima e atendimento pós venda pior ainda! FUJAM!
Expensive store with disposable products. I bought three pants at the Tijuca mall and in only one time I wore them, they simply wore thin! and gave a ball between the legs in the three pants. I went back to the store, the pants were for analysis where they said that this happened because of thick inner thighs, I questioned about the frayed ones, but silence was my answer. The manager was instructed to clean the balls and return my pants. I reported this in a group and I was impressed to know that I was not the only one who had this, in other words, terrible quality and even worse after-sales service! RUN AWAY!

Saturday, December 18, 21. The cactuses in the store window are waning from DRY due to the heat, dryness of the air in the store.... could someone lose two minutes of their life in hydrating it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roupas lindas mas de baixa qualidade, material muito ruim minha esposa comprou algumas calças para uma viagem e durante a mesma na 1ª lavagem elas encolheram e ficaram ridículas nos obrigando a comprar roupa nova pois o produto é ruim, como nos dias de hj uma loja cara vende roupas q encolhem não recomendo a ninguém.
Veja na foto que são 2 calças da mesma loja e de mesmo tamanho e uma encolheu 15cm e ridículo uma produto com esta qualidade, mesmo abrindo a bainha para tentar ganhar em tamanho n deu.
Foram compradas 3 as outras estamos com medo de lavar e perder tb… agora ela tem uma roupa que n pode lavar …
Beautiful clothes but of poor quality, very bad material My wife bought some pants for a trip and during the 1st wash they shrank and became ridiculous forcing us to buy new clothes because the product is bad, like on today's days at an expensive store sells clothes that shrink do not recommend to anyone.
See in the photo that there are 2 pants from the same store and of the same size and one has shrunk 15cm and a product with this quality is ridiculous, even opening the hem to try to gain in size.
3 others were bought, we're afraid to wash and lose it too… now she has clothes she can't wash…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with my girlfriend and her friend as they wanted to buy clothes. I was there to help them pick and give opinions on what fits well and what doesnt. After they even got to get out to show how they look I was asked out of the store. Why? "Because there are many women here".
We left without buying anything. I have never been approached with such a bizzarre request and justification.
