Muito burocratico, niguem explica nada direito, falta informaçao e agilidade para melhor atender o publicp externo.
Uma lastima, uma empresa desse nivel sofrer com esse problema de falta de maestria no atendimento ao publico.
Itapipoca sofre na mao da ENEL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não falo da loja em Itapipoca que não conheço, mas falo do sistema on line do atendimento. Funcionários estão "prestando favor" ?! Claro que Não. Pagamos e caro por um serviço pessimamente mal prestado.
I'm not talking about the store in Itapipoca that I don't know, but I'm talking about the online service system. Are employees "doing you a favor" ?! Of course not. We paid and expensive for a poorly rendered service.
