★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta loja a uma semana atrás para consertar o celular do meu filho que aparentemente estava com problemas de software. Uma tela de atualização estava travada e não conseguia fazer nada. Um aparelho da LG.
Pois bem, me cobraram R$ 80,00 reais pois o técnico disse que teria que formatar o aparelho. Achei caro mas aceitei e fiz o serviço.
Voltei horas depois e para minha surpresa o aparelho estava funcionando normalmente sem ter perdido nenhum dos dados. Como se nada houvesse ocorrido. O técnico é dono da loja, Fernando se não me engano, disse que eu havia dado sorte!
Blz, então fui para casa, orientei meu filho sobre o risco de atualização automática e pronto, vida que segue.
Passado 4 dias o aparelho teve o mesmo problema. Fiquei muito irritado. Pensei : vou ter que gastsar dinheiro novamente? R$ 80,00 de novo? Foi aí que descobri o golpe que sofri. Ocorre que esse problema é comum neste aparelho da LG e uma amiga minha me explicou rapidamente como corrigir. Três passos e o aparelho voltou a funcionar sem problema algum. Sem abrir o aparelho, sem formatar, sem perder os dados. Em 3 minutos eu fiz a operação. A mesma operação que havia me custado R$ 80,00 como formatação do aparelho. Ou seja, faltou honestidade.
Não recomendo a loja.
 I went to this store a week ago to fix my son's cell phone, which apparently had software problems. An update screen was locked and could not do anything. A device from LG.
Well, I was charged R $ 80.00 because the technician said he would have to format the device. I thought it was expensive but accepted and did the job.
I returned hours later and to my surprise the device was working normally without having lost any data. As if nothing had happened. The technician owns the store, Fernando, if I'm not mistaken, said I was lucky!
Blz, so I went home, advised my son about the risk of automatic updating and that's it, life goes on.
After 4 days the device had the same problem. I was very angry. I thought: will I have to spend money again? R $ 80.00 again? That's when I discovered the blow I suffered. It turns out that this problem is common in this LG device and a friend of mine quickly explained how to fix it. Three steps and the device went back to work without any problem. Without opening the device, without formatting, without losing data. In 3 minutes I did the operation. The same operation that had cost me R $ 80.00 to format the device. In other words, honesty was lacking.
I don't recommend the store.
