Nem entraram em contato pra avisar, sendo que tinham aceitado o pedido. Depois de ligar e entender o que havia acontecido e solicitar novamente com pagamento em dinheiro, demoraram mais duas horas pra entregar a água.
Very weak and inexperienced service. I asked for water by the application and they did not come with an apology that I had placed payment on card (and they did not accept it). They did not even get in touch to let them know, since they had accepted the request. After calling and understanding what had happened and asking again for cash, it took another two hours to deliver the water.
