Conforme fui orientada, efetuei o pagamento via pix e a vendedora garantiu que já deixaria o produto empacotado para quando eu fosse buscar. Eu disse que quando fosse buscar avisaria. No entanto, me passei e fui direto à loja. Quando cheguei lá e expliquei que era a dona do produto x, as vendedoras saíram doidas procurando o produto e uma chegou a falar que caso não encontrasse, teria outro no depósito. Depois de muito custo acharam escondido num cesto em meio a outros produtos. Não entendi, porque elas falaram que ia deixar empacotado e não empacotaram. E apareceu mais 1 produto sendo que o que reservei era peça única. Ficou ridículo, comportamento de vendedoras amadoras. Lamentável!
I called to find out if there was a product and they said it had, but a unit. As I was instructed, I made the payment via pix and the seller guaranteed that I would leave the product packaged for when I went to get it. I said that when I went to get it I would let you know. However, I freaked out and went straight to the store. When I got there and explained that I was the owner of product x, the salespeople went crazy looking for the product and one even said that if she didn't find it, she would have another one in the warehouse. After much cost they found it hidden in a basket among other products. I didn't understand, because they said it was going to be packed and they didn't. And 1 more product appeared and the one I booked was a single piece. It was ridiculous, the behavior of amateur salespeople. Unfortunate!
