★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quero deixar meu agradecimento a essa empresa que tao prontamente me atendeu, comprei uma peça dessa fabrica na leroy merlin, e qdo desembalei uma das pecas estava danificada, a empresa repois o item de imediato, deixo meu muito obrigado e na certeza que irei comprar mais vezes.
I want to leave my thanks to this company that so promptly attended to me, I bought a part from this factory at leroy merlin, and when I unpacked one of the parts it was damaged, the company then replaces the item immediately, I thank you very much and I'm sure I will buy more times.

Mas o SAC se faz de desentendido!
Mandei cupom fiscal!
Mandei foto do produto !
Liguei no SAC!
Me fornecerão numero da ocorrência !
E até agora nada!
Nunca mais compro produtos da llum bronze att!
Irei registrar minha reclamação junto ao Procon de São Paulo!!!
Inclusive tenho tos emails da bronze llum cada hora uma história!
I had the displeasure of buying lamps from this company through the c & c store and less than three months already burned them all I entered the claim page here to request the exchange!
But the SAC is not understood!
I sent tax coupon!
I sent a photo of the product!
I called SAC!
They will provide me with the occurrence number!
And so far nothing!
I'll never buy products from llum bronze att!
I will register my complaint with Procon São Paulo !!!
I even have all the emails from bronze llum every hour a story!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Substitui todas as lâmpadas do meu apartamento pelas luminarias, porém não consigo comprar o Driver para repor em uma que queimou, liguei na Telha Norte e dizeram que tinha chegando lá a vendedora me disse que faz muito tempo que não recebe Driver para venda.
Agora estou com uma lâmpada pendurada no meu quarto até encontrar um lugar para comprar o Driver.
Estou extremamente arrependido de ter comprado essa marca.
I replace all the light bulbs in my apartment with the luminaries, but I can't buy the Driver to replace one that burned out, I called Telha Norte and they said that when I got there, the saleswoman told me that she hasn't received Driver for sale for a long time.
Now I have a lamp hanging in my room until I find a place to buy the Driver.
I am extremely sorry that I bought this brand.
