Vieram na minha casa, agarram a broca no buraco (não fizeram poço).
Largaram a broca no meio do caminho agarrada e até agora não me devolveram o dinheiro, não responde nem ligação e nem whatsapp.
já faz umas 2 semanas, to achando que vou levar calote, se devolverem eu informo aqui.

They came to my house, grab the drill in the hole (they didn't make a well).
They dropped the drill in the middle of the road, grabbed it and so far they haven't returned the money to me, they don't answer or call or WhatsApp.
it's been 2 weeks, I think I'm going to take default, if they return I inform you here.

Hj após 23 dias do serviço contratado de 30 metros de perfuração e 90 % do dinheiro pago a LM, não tenho o serviço que paguei e nem meu dinheiro de volta. Foi realizado um buraco de 15 metros que não tem água , digo claramente pois não sai água alguma,não é pouca quantidade não, é nenhuma.( pq oq foi feito não é um poço) e após inúmeras promessas da empresa de resolver esse problema, nenhuma foi cumprida e VINTE TRÊS DIAS APÓS continuo sem água e sem o meu dinheiro e nenhuma resolução da parte da LM POÇOS.
Se eu tiver alguma solução retorno aqui p avisar.
Guys, don't be fooled as we are. Today after 23 days of the contracted service of 30 meters of drilling and 90% of the money paid to LM, I do not have the service I paid for and neither my money back. A 15-meter hole was made that has no water, I say clearly because there is no water, not a small amount, it is none. (Because what was done is not a well) and after numerous promises by the company to solve this problem, none was fulfilled and TWENTY THREE DAYS AFTER I am still without water and my money and no resolution by LM POÇOS.
If I have any solution, return here to let me know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caso alguém tenha efetuado serviço com essa empresa, recomendo que o verifique e certifique que o que foi contratado realmente foi entregue, pois no dia 05/04/2021 eles "concluíram" a perfuração de um poço na minha casa , mas houve um problema com a bomba e eles tiveram que consertá-la. Ao deixarem o poço aberto, efetuei a medição e constatei que eles perfuraram bem menos da metade do contratado (contratei 25m e perfuraram 10,52m). Ao serem informados da diferença, deram a desculpa de que o poço estava com sujeira e que seria feita a limpeza, que até hoje (19/04/2021) aguardo o serviço.
Eles só respondem os contatos quando querem e sempre com uma desculpa diferente para não terminar o serviço e desde o dia 10/04/2021 não dão qualquer satisfação.
A empresa ainda teve a coragem de postar em rede social um vídeo feito durante a perfuração com uma legenda inverídica dizendo que meu poço estava com 26m de profundidade e tinha uma vazão de 4800 litros/hora.
Todo contato entre mim e a empresa está gravado e registrado para comprovar o que foi alegado.
Fujam deles!
If someone has done service with this company, I recommend that you check it and make sure that what was hired was actually delivered, because on 04/05/2021 they "concluded" the drilling of a well in my house, but there was a problem with the bomb and they had to fix it. When they left the well open, I made the measurement and found that they drilled well less than half of the contractor (I hired 25m and drilled 10.52m). When informed of the difference, they gave the excuse that the well was dirty and that cleaning would be carried out, which until today (19/04/2021) I am waiting for the service.
They only respond to contacts when they want and always with a different excuse for not finishing the service and since 04/10/2021 they have not given any satisfaction.
The company also had the courage to post on a social network a video made during drilling with an untrue caption saying that my well was 26m deep and had a flow rate of 4800 liters / hour.
Every contact between me and the company is recorded and recorded to prove what was alleged.
Run away from them!

Contratei para fazer limpeza e revisão da bomba e de todas as conexões do poço semi-artesiano.
O combinado era eles chegarem na segunda pela manhã, o que nao aconteceu. Após muito esperar, enviei mensagem perguntando se eles iriam fazer a manutenção, e fui informada que só conseguiriam enviar uma pessoa na parte da tarde. Devido a minha necessidade e insistência, enviaram o sr Marcos na hora do almoço. Ele colocou a bomba para funcionar (apenas isso!) com uma extensão (exatamente, existia uma ligação direto do quadro de luz, porém o mesmo afirmou que o problema estava na elétrica) e fiquei com um fio passando pelo quintal.
Combinei com o eletricista, o mesmo prontamente me atendeu e ao refazer os testes, viu que nao era problema da elétrica.
Então solicitei novamente que a empresa LM poço artesiano fizesse uma revisão, tendo em vista que nem os canos para fora colocaram.
Disseram que só poderiam vir no sábado. Aguardei o dia inteiro (inclusive com o eletricista), enviei inúmeras mensagens que foram lidas e nenhuma respondida.
Resumo: o serviço foi pago na sua totalidade.
O serviço nao foi entregue.
A “garantia de 6 meses” que o sr Marcos disse ter, não existe.
Repensem ao contratar a empresa!
Tréplica: a empresa ficou de vir consertar a parte hidráulica que falaram ter feito vistoria e limpeza, porem sequer tiraram os canos do buraco ate o poço). Colocaram a culpa no eletricista. Combinei do eletricista e a LeM Poços virem
No sabado 10/4, a LeM nao veio e nao deu nenhuma satisfacao, apenas que iriam vir e ATE HOJE (25/4) nao vieram!
Falaram ainda que eu teria que colocar uma bomba caneta, mesmo após ter comprado uma bomba NOVA da WEG.
EU NAO ESTOU PEDINDO CONSERTO DE BOMBA, pois a bomba é nova!
EU NAO ESTOU PEDINDO PARA FAZER PARTE ELETRICA, pois foi feito pelo eletricista cadastrado da Light.
EU ESTOU PEDINDO APENAS QUE FAÇAM O SERVIÇO QUE DISSERAM FAZER: limpeza com compressor e revisao das conexoes.
Company does not comply!
I hired him to clean and overhaul the pump and all connections in the semi-artesian well.
The arrangement was for them to arrive on Monday morning, which did not happen. After a long wait, I sent a message asking if they would do the maintenance, and I was informed that they would only be able to send one person in the afternoon. Due to my need and insistence, they sent Mr. Marcos at lunchtime. He put the pump to work (that's all!) with an extension cord (exactly, there was a direct connection from the light board, but he said that the problem was in the electrical) and I had a wire running through the backyard.
I arranged with the electrician, he promptly attended to me and when redoing the tests, he saw that it was not an electrical problem.
So I asked the company LM artesian well to do a review again, considering that they didn't even put the pipes out.
They said they could only come on Saturday. I waited all day (including with the electrician), I sent countless messages that were read and none responded.
Summary: the service has been paid for in full.
The service was not delivered.
The “6 month guarantee” that Mr Marcos said he had does not exist.
Rethink when hiring the company!
Rejoinder: the company was supposed to come and fix the hydraulic part that they said they had inspected and cleaned, but they didn't even remove the pipes from the hole to the well). They blamed the electrician. I arranged for the electrician and LeM Poços to come
On Saturday 10/4, LeM didn't come and didn't give any satisfaction, just that they would come and TODAY (25/4) they didn't come!
They also said that I would have to put a pen pump, even after I bought a NEW pump from WEG.
I AM NOT ASKING FOR PUMP REPAIR, as the pump is new!
I AM NOT ASKING TO DO ELECTRICAL PARTS, as it was done by Light's registered electrician.
I'M JUST ASKING YOU TO DO THE SERVICE THEY SAID: cleaning with compressor and checking the connections.
