★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro estava pingando óleo. Levei para corrigir o problema. Foi trocado um retentor que alegadamente era a causa do vazamento. O vazamento continuou, mas levei o carro e me disseram que era resto de óleo que estava vazando, porém, após 1 semana o carro continua pingando óleo.
Para fazer o serviço, tiraram todo o fluído do radiador de água sem autorização ou sem ao menos me avisar e o mecânico já iria colocar água de torneira pura sem aditivo se eu não tivesse chegado na hora, e como não tinha água desmineralizada na oficina, colocou água da torneira e aditivo que eu tive que comprar.
Após o reparo, por coincidência ou não, meu carro voltou com problema no câmbio dando trancos nas saídas de sinal (câmbio AT) o qual eu percebi logo ao sair da oficina. Voltei com o carro lá, deixei de um dia para o outro e o mecânico nem sequer reconheceu o problema, dizendo que o carro está ótimo?!?!
No final, foi cobrado R$ 250 de mão de obra + o valor das peças e aditivo. Meu carro continua pingando óleo e agora com problema no câmbio e água de torneira no radiador.
My car was dripping oil. It took me to fix the problem. A retainer that allegedly caused the leak was replaced. The leak continued, but I took the car and they told me that it was oil that was leaking, however, after 1 week the car continues to drip oil.
To do the job, they took all the fluid out of the water radiator without authorization or without at least notifying me and the mechanic would already put pure tap water without additive if I hadn't arrived on time, and as there was no demineralized water in the workshop, put tap water and additive that I had to buy.
After the repair, by coincidence or not, my car came back with a problem with the gearshift, making jerks in the signal outputs (change AT) which I noticed right after leaving the workshop. I came back with the car there, left it overnight and the mechanic didn't even acknowledge the problem, saying the car is great?!?!
In the end, R$250 for labor + the value of the parts and additives was charged. My car is still dripping oil and now I have a problem with the transmission and tap water in the radiator.
