★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Even para Nunca mais! Comprei em outubro, deu março e ainda não recebi as chaves. A construtora segurou documentos, processos (impedindo a contratação do financiamento) e cobrou juros pelo próprio atraso. Vão te obrigar à assinar um contrato leonino onde só te devolvem 20% em caso de distrato, não falam que irão repassar taxa de cartório de individualização de matrícula (abusiva) no final e nem que você terá que pagar condomínios mesmo sem receber as chaves (mesmo pagando, será proibido de entrar no prédio). Taxas abusivas, atendimento indiferente e hostil. Nunca compre nada em construção, principalmente Even! Quase esqueci, também há um corretor racista chamado João Ferro. Além de me ofender gratuitamente me disse "como ser idiota em um país que não é seu". Olhem pra cara dele e vejam se ele tem cara de Brasileiro puro... piada.
I bought an Even for Never again! Bought in October, gave March and have not received the keys. The construction company insured documents, lawsuits (preventing financing contracting) and charged interest for its own delay. They will force you to sign a Leo contract where they will only give you back 20% in case of cancellation, not to mention that they will pass the registration fee (abusive) in the end and you will have to pay condominiums even without receiving the keys ( even paying, will be prohibited from entering the building). Abusive fees, indifferent and hostile service. Never buy anything under construction, especially Even! Almost forgot, there is also a racist broker named Joao Ferro. In addition to offending me for free he told me "how to be an idiot in a country that is not yours". Look at his face and see if he has pure Brazilian face ... joke.
