Falei com a esposa do Lobão pelo telefone (não me lembro do nome dela), que foi super simpática e tirou todas as dúvidas que eu tinha antes de ir até a oficina.
Chegando lá, mesmo com a oficina cheia, fui atendido rapidamente.. E isso que era por volta de 14h e o rapaz não havia nem almoçado
O serviço de troca de óleo foi feito e só me cobraram o valor do produto

Fast and fair service
I spoke to Lobão's wife on the phone (I don't remember her name), who was super friendly and answered all the doubts I had before going to the workshop.
When I got there, even with the workshop full, I was assisted quickly. And that was around 2 pm and the boy hadn't even had lunch
The oil change service was done and I was only charged the value of the product
