1°. Ponto: comprei camisetas com estampas do nosso logotipo e as camisetas de péssima qualidade, na primeira lavada encolheram e ficaram deformadas e repuchadas nas costuras. 2°. Ponto: as estampas ficaram tortas e tb na primeira lavada quase sumiram.
3°. Ponto: entrei em contato com a loja para comunicar o ocorrido e a vendedora (Nathalia) disse que nunca teve reclamações desse tipo (se verificar o historico da loja, vemos que não é bem assim) mas que iria verificar com a gerencia e retornaria, ja faz mais de 1 mês que aguardo pela resposta, mas até agora nada, pra mim ficou bem claro falta de respeito com o cliente.
I DON'T INDICATE FOR ANYONE, T-SHIRTS AND POOR QUALITY SERVICE.
1st. Point: I bought shirts with prints of our logo and the shirts of terrible quality, in the first wash they shrank and became deformed and stuffed in the seams. 2nd. Point: the prints were crooked and in the first wash they almost disappeared.
3rd. Point: I contacted the store to communicate what happened and the seller (Nathalia) said she never had complaints of this type (if you check the store's history, we see that it's not quite like that) but that she would check with the management and return, It's been more than 1 month that I've been waiting for the answer, but so far nothing, for me it was very clear lack of respect for the customer.

Os produtos são de boa qualidade, e o atendimento é muito atencioso e prestativo. Já perdi as contas de quantas vezes cheguei com um projeto difícil e sai de lá com a vida resolvida.

It's a really good store with more than fair prices. Best cost/benefit in the region when it comes to customizing t-shirts and caps.
The products are of good quality, and the service is very attentive and helpful. I've lost count of how many times I arrived with a difficult project and left with my life resolved.

Somente na LOC BOY encontrei o serviço mais completo desde o excelente atendimento em especial da Natálya que me atendeu de modo super profissional, me dando alternativas de produtos com custo/benefício, além da qualidade do material, o excelente preço, a variedade, o prazo de entrega antes do combinado e os dois itens que eu precisava num só lugar! Estou super feliz com minha encomenda e como dica pra quem não quiser perder tempo pesquisando, vá direto a LOC BOY! I was at Rua Bresser looking for personalized shirts and hats for my band and I went to 9 stores to quote, in addition to not having good service in the stores I passed, I was frustrated because some stores the prices were high, others with inferior quality material and others didn't have the two items I needed! Only at LOC BOY did I find the most complete service since the excellent service, especially from Natálya, who attended to me in a super professional way, giving me alternative products with cost/benefit, in addition to the quality of the material, the excellent price, the variety, the deadline delivery ahead of schedule and the two items I needed in one place! I'm super happy with my order and as a tip for those who don't want to waste time researching, go straight to LOC BOY!
