Quando foi agora 8:40, ou seja, perdemos nosso agendamento em cabralia, com 1:40 de atraso é que foram fazer contato e disseram que seria mais uns 30 minutos pra chegar no hotel.
Péssima experiência pro turista que se programa mesesss pra estar aqui e vivenciar uma experiência diferente.
E pior, mesmo com os atrasos queriam cobrar o mesmo preço.
Não indico.
Não recomendo.
Não pode confiar.
Pelo menos no meu caso. Péssima experiência e passeio e dia perdidos.
Terrible experience. We scheduled our tour. Our last day. We had scheduled hours in Cabralia. The deal was at 7am at the hotel. At 7:15 I called and they said that in 30 min it would arrive. When it was now 8:40, that is, we missed our appointment in cabralia, with 1:40 of delay being contacted and said that it would be another 30 minutes to arrive at the hotel.
Terrible experience for the tourist who program mesesss to be here and experience a different experience.
Worse, even with the delays they wanted to charge the same price.
I do not say.
I do not recommend.
You can not trust it.
At least in my case. Terrible experience and lost day trip.

Agence de location peu recommendable, buggy défaillant et sans entretiens, rien ne marchait ( compteur vitesse, jauge essence..) , de surcroit sur la route nous avons eu un accident car nous n'avions plus de freins! nous avons failli percuter un camion heureusement on a pu braqué le volant à temps, la dame de l'agence ne nous a pas ménagé même pas une excuse rien, on a dû attendre qu'elle vienne nous récupérer 2 h plus tard..elle a bricolé le buggy pour que ça reparte un file était coupé donc plus d huile de frein..racomodage maison .. du coup on avait loué pour 2 jours, on a profité d une demi journée, heureusement on est ressorti sein et sauf mais très mauvaise aventure que je ne recommande à personne! triste de trouver des gens comme ça !
HORRIVLEEEEE! Unrecommendable rental agency, buggy faulty and without maintenance, nothing worked (speedometer, fuel gauge ..), moreover on the road we had an accident because we had no more brakes! we almost collided with a truck luckily we were able to steer the wheel in time, the lady from the agency did not even spare us an excuse, nothing, we had to wait for her to come and pick us up 2 hours later. tinkered with the buggy so that it starts again a line was cut off so no more brake oil..modeling house .. suddenly we had rented for 2 days, we took advantage of half a day, luckily we came out within and except but very bad adventure that I do not recommend to anyone! sad to find people like that!
