Tosa mal feita, cobram por consulta incompleta e de péssima qualidade.
High price and low quality of services, edible products out of date, I do not recommend.
Badly done, they charge for incomplete consultation and of poor quality.

Me ligaram informando que teriam que fazer tosa nos spitz, paguei 65 em um, 55 em outro e 70 na shitzu para um tosa mal feita e orerinhas sujas. O rabo dos cães encheram de fezes pelas tosas que na realidade não foram feitas. Liguei lá e disseram que quem fez a tosa foi a atendente... e que cortou 1 "dedinho" como assim? Gente.. eu vou pagar 65 reais para cortar 1 definhou de pêlo? Eu mesma faria.
Minhas experiências na local pet foi a pior possível.
I took my shitzu and two German spitz, well... shitzu complete grooming and the rest of the bath. They called me saying they would have to groom the spitz, I paid 65 on one, 55 on another and 70 on the shitzu for a bad grooming and dirty orerinhas. The dogs' tails filled with feces from the shavings that were not actually done. I called there and they said that it was the attendant who did the clipping... and that she cut 1 "little finger" as well? Guys... I'm going to pay 65 reais to cut 1 withered hair? I would do it myself.
My experiences at the pet site were the worst possible.
