★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários prestativos, bom atendimento, carro ok! Mas não se enganem, na devolução cobram 38,00 pela lavagem do carro mesmo estando Limpo! Não indico para ninguém! E não voltaremos a alugar, jamais!
Helpful staff, good service, car okay! But make no mistake, on the way back they charge 38.00 for washing the car even while being clean! I do not tell anyone! And we will never rent again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um carro em Campinas (03/10) para devolver em Botucatu04/10, na hora de pagar a moça informou que eu receberia uma ligação da Localiza de Campinas para confirmar o pagamento. Hoje dia 07/10 depois de entrar em contato por diversas vezes no 0800 e na própria loja em Botucatu (inclusive quando informei o ocorrido a moça disse que não poderia ligar para Campinas para resolver meu problema) fui taxada com um valor indevido. Agora estou aguardando "análise". Bom, essa foi a primeira e ultima vez que alugo nesse lugar.
I rented a car in Campinas (03/10) to return in Botucatu04 / 10, at the time to pay the girl informed that I would receive a call from Localiza de Campinas to confirm the payment. Today 10/7 after contacting several times at 0800 and in the shop itself in Botucatu (including when I reported the girl said she could not call Campinas to solve my problem) I was charged with an undue amount. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acertei tudo pelo telefone, carro, preço... Cheguei na locadora, fiz o cadastro, e a atendente disse que enviaria meus dados para a central avaliar e liberar a locação. Mesmo eu cumprindo todos os requisitos eles simplesmente disseram que o carro foi NEGADO!! Depois de tudo acertado, e mesmo insistindo nao me disseram o motivo, a atendente disse que a central só manda "sim" ou "não" e no meu caso foi não. Eu tenho mais de 21 anos, muito mais de 2 anos de habilitação, cartão de credito em meu nome com limite mais que suficiente para o calção, nenhum BO em meu nome e me negaram a locação. Em meu ponto de vista, algum preconceito com aparência, pois nao tem nenhum outro motivo. Localiza nunca mais!!!
I got everything right by phone, car, price ... I arrived at the store, did the registration, and the attendant said I would send my data to the central to evaluate and release the lease. Even though I met all the requirements they simply said the car was DENIED !! After all agreed, and even insisting they did not tell me the reason, the attendant said that the center only says "yes" or "no" and in my case it was no. I am over 21 years old, over 2 years old, credit card in my name with more than enough limit for shorts, no BO in my name and I was denied the lease. In my view, some bias with appearance, as it has no other reason. Find never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O fato de só poder ser feito o pagamento do calção no cartão de crédito é uma grande e decepcionante incógnita na minha cabeça. Hoje já é possível realizar transações de diversas formas diferentes porém a agência parou no tempo ao aceitar somente crédito (não pode ser nem mesmo o cartão pré pago).
Fica aí minha sugestão de mudança pois em épocas de PicPay, NuBank e transações de débito virtual, aceitar somente uma modalidade é frustante.
Tirando esse grande "???" o atendimento é ótimo e os preços são bons.
The fact that you can only pay for your shorts on your credit card is a big and disappointing unknown in my head. Today it is possible to carry out transactions in several different ways but the agency stopped in time when accepting only credit (it cannot even be a prepaid card).
Here is my suggestion for change because in times of PicPay, NuBank and virtual debit transactions, accepting only one mode is frustrating.
Apart from that big "???" the service is great and the prices are good.
