★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservei meu carro em Belo Horizonte e, ao chegar na agência (ÚNICA DA CIDADE) me informaram que meu cadastro estava bloqueado e que não tinha nenhum registro sobre esse bloqueio. Logo, além de não saber o motivo, fiquei na cidade sem o carro reservado com antecedência de 3 meses e impossibilitado de realizar minha viagem pela região baiana.
I booked my car in Belo Horizonte and, upon arriving at the agency (SINGLE IN THE CITY), they informed me that my registration was blocked and that I had no record of this blocking. So, in addition to not knowing the reason, I was in the city without a car reserved 3 months in advance and unable to travel through the Bahia region.
