★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Localiza há bastante tempo, sempre, em locações nacionais e na América do Sul, tive preferências por ela, pelo atendimento, pela qualidade dos veículos, pela facilidade em alugar. Entretanto, tenho notado uma crescente eita nas qualidade, após a junção com a Hertz. As atendentes, que antes demonstravam real satisfação em bem atender, hoje a maioria faz o que deve estar na cartilha, ficando bem notório que estão lá para cumprir sua obrigação, de te entregar um carro e te cobrar. Aquela disponibilidade para atender com excelência parece ter ficado para trás e caso o serviço não esteja à altura da expectativa do cliente, são treinadas em fazer uma cara de paisagem, para não serem deselegantes e dizer "se quiser, é assim, se não quiser, por favor, livre a fila". Lamentável essa involução.
 I have been a customer of Localiza for a long time, always, in national locations and in South America, I had preferences for it, for the service, for the quality of the vehicles, for the ease of renting. However, I have noticed an increasing demand for quality after joining Hertz. The attendants, who previously showed real satisfaction in serving well, nowadays most of them do what should be in the booklet, being very well aware that they are there to fulfill their obligation, to deliver you a car and charge you. That availability to serve with excellence seems to have been left behind and if the service is not up to the expectations of the customer, they are trained to make a face of the landscape, so as not to be inelegant and say "if you want, this is it, if you don't want, please free the queue ". This involution was unfortunate.

Polite employees...but there is no waist game, while other rental companies give courtesy to additional drivers...the locator charges is expensive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo Atendimento, todos Colaboradores nota 1000, não medem esforços para te atender, fora que sempre quando possível disponilizam um Upgrade, essa última parte seria ótimo se todas agências fizessem, mas em geral estão de Parabéns!
Great Service, all Employees score 1000, they spare no effort to serve you, apart from that whenever possible they make available an Upgrade, this last part would be great if all agencies did it, but in general they are to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, tive um péssimo atendimento, cheguei no horário agendado e fui informado que meu agendamento era em outra loja, lá no Campolim e que haviam mandado o veículo que eu iria pegar para lá, sem dizer que um mal educado sabendo que eu estava na fila de espera já foi tomando minha frente alegando que era cliente ouro e que não precisava enfrentar a fila, acredito que faltou compromisso da parte dos funcionários onde poderiam ligar na suposta loja e pedir para trazerem o carro de volta, ou pedir para algum funcionário me levar ou pagar um Uber para me levar, ou até mesmo me repassar um veículo onde eu pudesse ir até lá e pegar o veículo correto, total falta de interesse e respeito em resolver o meu caso, onde saí de São Roque pegando um circular até Mairinque e pegando outro até a rodoviária de Sorocaba e assim pegando um Uber até a loja, pra fechar com chave de ouro perguntei para atendente como faria para pegar o veículo ela me falou o senhor tem uma hora de tolerância após o horário agendado sabendo que a loja fecharia ao 12:00 e após tudo isso pediu a minha licença pois teria outros clientes para atender.
