★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na fila ha mais de 50 minutos. Evitem a agência no período da manhã. Atendentes são solicitas e muito educadas. Sugestão: fazer área de espera do lado da recepção, próxima da entrada, e contratar mais uma atendente.
In line for more than 50 minutes. Avoid the agency in the morning. Attendants are solicitous and very polite. Suggestion: make a waiting area on the reception side, close to the entrance, and hire another attendant.

By far the best rental center in Sao Carlos! Staff always very pleasant, available and attentive. Cars in excellent condition, several times we even had new cars! You can go there with your eyes closed.

Já nessa vez, por sei la qual motivo (ninguém na loja me explicou apesar de eu ter perguntado) não aceitaram fazer contrato em meu nome, o pior, eu tinha uma reserva com um mês de antecedência, se nao fosse pela UNIDAS, eu teria ficado apé, então aqui vai minha recomendação, UNIDAS, SIMPLES, RAPIDA E DESCOMPLICADA!
I had already rented a car there. This time, for whatever reason (nobody at the store explained it to me despite my asking) they didn't accept to make a contract on my behalf, the worst, I had a reservation a month in advance, if it wasn't for UNIDAS, I would have left alone, so here's my recommendation, UNITED, SIMPLE, FAST AND UNCOMPLICATED!

O atendimento presencial é cordial e profissional, todos os detalhes são explicados ponto a ponto, não existe a insistência para você contratar itens de segurança extra. Os veículos são MUITO bem higienizados, bem cuidados e novos.
It's the third car rental company I use and, so far, it's been the best. The website, for those who make the reservation online, is simple, direct and does not present errors during navigation. The face-to-face service is cordial and professional, all details are explained point by point, there is no insistence for you to hire extra security items. Vehicles are VERY well sanitized, well maintained and new.
