★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiquei mais de uma hora esperando um atendimento que estava agendado, que tinha hora marcada! Sem contar que mesmo depois disso eu ainda tive que esperar o carro chegar, pois o mesmo não estava na agência!
Lousy service, I spent more than an hour waiting for a service that was scheduled, that had an appointment! Not to mention that even after that I still had to wait for the car to arrive, as it was not at the agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom. Contudo pela segunda vez consecutiva me entregaram um veículo com problemas no pneu. Sugiro que antes de locar os veículos que passem por uma inspeção nos pneus de modo a evitar problemas com o locatário.
The service is good. However for the second time in a row I was given a vehicle with tire problems. I suggest that before renting vehicles that undergo an inspection of the tires in order to avoid problems with the renter.

Worst Localiza franchise in Brazil, vehicles are constantly lacking for rental, even with advance reservations. It's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local para locar um carro. São mentirosos e espertos. Entregam o carro sujo e danificado e quando vai devolver nas mesmas condições, querem cobrar pelos danos e limpeza. Se precisar alugar neste local, tire foto de tudo antes para se resguardar.
Bad place to rent a car. They are liars and smart. They deliver the car dirty and damaged and when it is going to be returned in the same condition, they want to charge for the damage and cleaning. If you need to rent at this location, take a picture of everything first to protect yourself.

Faz mto calor na cidade.
