Atendimento bem ruim. Cheguei no local para ser atendido em uma reserva que havia feito. A única atendente da loja parou de me atender para dar atenção para outro cliente que pelo jeito era conhecido dela.
Não recomendo!
Absurd return fee.
Very bad service. I arrived at the place to be attended to in a reservation I had made. The only attendant at the store stopped serving me to pay attention to another customer who apparently was known to her.

Como chegamos um pouco antes, a funcionária que nos atendeu nos deixou entrar para aguardar lá dentro, explicou todos os detalhes do aluguel com paciência, sem contar que o carro oferecido foi super econômico, com certeza utilizarei o serviço mais vezes.
Very good experience, fast service, we took the car at the first time at 8 am. As we arrived a little earlier, the employee who attended us let us in to wait inside, explained all the details of the rental with patience, not to mention that the car offered was super economical, I will definitely use the service more often.
