★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Localiza deveria descredenciar essa loja, péssimo atendimento total falta de zelo e respeito com o cliente. Fiquei quase 20 dias com o carro locado deles, fui entregar na loja do aeroporto como estava previsto e a loja estava fechada, ligo para o 0800 e eles me orientam a entregar na loja do centro, falo que devo retornar para o Aeroporto pois vou seguir viagem e eles informam que a loja iria me deixar no aeroporto, chego nessa loja, entrego o carro e eles informam que eles não tem serviço de transfer eu digo que o próprio 0800 me orientou dessa forma eles disseram que não o fazem e que eu prividendiasse a minha ida para o Aeroporto, tive que vim de táxi. Um absurdo, total falta de respeito. A Movida tem loja no aeroporto e está aberta e eles da Localiza só vem quando querem.
 Localiza should disqualify this store, lousy service, total lack of zeal and respect for the customer. I spent almost 20 days with their rental car, I went to deliver it to the airport store as planned and the store was closed, I call 0800 and they instruct me to deliver it to the downtown store, I say that I must return to the airport as I will continue trip and they inform me that the store would drop me off at the airport, I arrive at this store, I deliver the car and they inform me that they do not have a transfer service. on my way to the airport, I had to come by taxi. An absurd, total lack of respect. Movida has a store at the airport and is open and they from Localiza only come when they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o carro que eu tinha locado era para ser entregue no aeroporto fiz isso a loja estava fechada liguei para o 0800 deles que me pediu para entregar na loja do Centro que depois eles me trariam para o aeroporto, chego lá entrego o carro e eles dizem que eu deveria ter esperado loja do aerporto abrir pois eles não tem serviço de Transfer, um absurdo isso o próprio 0800 deles me orientou a entregar lá. Falta de comprometimento com o cliente, descaso total.
Very bad service, the car I had rented was to be delivered at the airport. I did this. The store was closed. I called their 0800 number who asked me to deliver it to the Centro store, which they would then bring me to the airport, I get there and I deliver the car and they say that I should have waited for the airport store to open because they do not have a transfer service, which is absurd, their 0800 number told me to deliver there. Lack of commitment to the customer, total neglect.
