★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho através deixar minha INSATISFAÇÃO da unidade LOCALIZA, localizada dentro do estacionamento do Carrefour em São Bernardo do campo, pois devido meu veículo ter apresentado problemas de super aquecimento, foi necessário acionar resgate, através do 0800.....,onde já seria fornecido guincho e informado que o carro reserva já se encontra disponível na loja, me desloquei até o local, e me entregaram um veículo e ao abrir a porta do do msm, me deparei com o banco do passageiro todo manchado, com se fosse vômito, de imediato recusei o veículo, e solicitei que me fosse fornecido outro, onde a atendente informou que não havia outro veículo disponível para ser fornecido e que eu teria que esperar chegar um outro carro de outra unidade que levaria 20 minutos, onde se tornou 30 minutos na verdade, com isso solicitei um upgrade em virtude do desgaste e transtorno, mas não fui atendido.
Informo que já utilizo os serviços da Localiza a bastante tempo, sendo classificado com GOLD, conhecendo várias unidades, e sempre com muita satisfação pelo atendimento, como Aeroporto de Guarulhos, Jacareí e as unidades da baixada do Litoral, Cubatão, Praia grande todas com excelência no atendimento.
Acho que todas as unidades deveram ser alinhadas com o msm nível, e é de EXTREMA IMPORTÂNCIA A HIGIENIZAÇÃO do veículo

I come to leave my DISSATISFACTION with the LOCALIZA unit, located inside the Carrefour parking lot in São Bernardo do Campo, because due to my vehicle having overheating problems, it was necessary to call rescue, through the 0800....., where it would already be provided towing and informed that the spare car is already available at the store, I went to the place, and they gave me a vehicle and when I opened the door of the MSM, I came across the passenger seat all stained, as if it were vomit, of I immediately refused the vehicle, and requested that another one be provided, where the attendant informed that there was no other vehicle available to be provided and that I would have to wait for another car to arrive from another unit, which would take 20 minutes, where it became 30 minutes in the In fact, I requested an upgrade due to wear and tear and inconvenience, but I was not granted.
I inform you that I have been using Localiza's services for a long time, being classified with GOLD, knowing several units, and always with great satisfaction for the service, such as Guarulhos Airport, Jacareí and the units of Baixada do Litoral, Cubatão, Praia Grande all with excellence in attendance.
I think that all units should be aligned with the same level, and the HYGIENIZATION of the vehicle is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
