★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento tanto na retirada quanto na devolução do veículo é muito rápida sem muita burocracia. Todos são muito atenciosos . Nas minhas últimas viagens acabei sempre locando veículo com a Localiza muito pela facilidade e atendimento.
 Service both in the withdrawal and the return of the vehicle is very fast without much bureaucracy. Everyone is very attentive. In my last trips I always ended up renting a vehicle with Localiza very much for the ease and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os horários de atendimento durante a alta temporada (janeiro/dezembro) são ampliados? Preciso retirar um veículo em dezembro (ano novo) por volta das 22h e no site informa que o funcionamento é até as 18h.
Are opening hours during high season (January/December) extended? I need to pick up a vehicle in December (new year) around 10 pm and the website informs that it works until 6 pm.

Wait too long. A disrespect to the customer eager to enjoy the holidays. Polite and efficient staff, but few for the high demand.
