★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, mas má organização. Não aluguei o carro, mesmo com uma viagem marcada, por um problema que não diz respeito ao consumidor. Lamentável!!! Não indico esta unidade.
 Good service, but poor organization. I did not rent the car, even with a trip booked, for a problem that does not concern the consumer. Unfortunate!!! I do not indicate this unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Fizemos a reserva pelo site e não fomos claramente informados sobre a tolerância para retirada do carro. Chegamos 1h30 após o horário da reserva e a atendente apenas disse que não seria possível retirar o carro. Porém, a atendente nem se deu ao trabalho de checar se tinha algum outro carro disponível ou prestar qualquer ajuda. Fora isso, para quem vai de carro, não tem nenhuma sinalização de estacionamento. É horrível! Essa unidade da Localiza, nunca mais.
Too bad. We made the reservation through the website and were not clearly informed about the tolerance for picking up the car. We arrived at 1:30 am after booking time and the attendant just said that it would not be possible to pick up the car. However, the attendant didn't even bother to check if he had another car available or provide any help. Other than that, for those traveling by car, there is no parking sign. It's horrible! This Localiza unit, never again.

It says it opens at 8am for vehicle return but it was 8:30am when the employees arrived! They accept withdrawals but delay returns.
