★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na venda o atendimento é ótimo, porém o pós -venda é péssimo .0800 não funciona, quando atende pede mais 48 horas para informar e não retorna a ligação. E ninguém resolve o seu problema,parece que você está pedindo uma esmola. Estamos com o carro na oficina desde o dia 26/12/2020.
In sales the service is great, but the after-sale is terrible .0800 does not work, when you answer, ask for another 48 hours to inform and do not return the call. And nobody solves your problem, it looks like you're asking for alms. We have had the car in the garage since 12/26/2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi um tempão aí, mais no fim valeu a pena... Muita falação, pouca ação. Acabei trocando de carro no Padilha com melhor avaliação do meu usado na entrada, fora que consegui um semi-novo com metade dos km oferecidos por vocês... O financiamento saiu a jato! Obrigado Localiza!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam.Chegamos na loja 27/04/2022,um calor,entramos e começamos a olhar os carros no pátio e seguindo até a recepção.Um funcionário veio nos atender na porta,não pediu pra entrarmos,ele do lado de dentro e nós do lado de fora.Perguntou qual a nossa intenção,tudo ali de pé na porta e a gente com a mão no olho tampando o sol.Esse funcionário nos orientou a procurar no site pois era muito complicado pra ele já que são muitas lojas!!!!Não quer vender,coloca uma placa no portão de NÃO GOSTAMOS DE ATENDER,COMPRE PELO SITE".Fomos até outra loja,compramos um acima do que pretendíamos pois o custo benefício foi melhor.Dai da Localiza muito indignada pelo péssimo atendimento.
