★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito total com o consumidor. Do que adianta você vender um serviço se você não consegue prestar o suporte necessário. Sempre que preciso de um suporte técnico eles deixam muito a desejar. Demoram demais pra isso. E não prestam o mínimo de suporte online. Totalmente insatisfeito com os serviços prestados.
 Lack of total respect for the consumer. What is the use of selling a service if you are unable to provide the necessary support. Whenever I need technical support, they leave a lot to be desired. They take too long for that. And they don't provide the least amount of online support. Totally dissatisfied with the services provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LocalLInk dificil de atender durante a noite, a internet fica caindo sempre péssima experiencia vou cancelar e procurar outra, todos os meus vizinhos que conheço trocaram de provedor devido as mesma reclamações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou quase cancelando a contratação pq eles esperam até o ultimo dia pra fazer uma simples estalação aqui na minha residencia. o processo e de 8 a 10 dias, eu estou no dia 9. esperarei até amanha, se não vim fazer a estalação irei cancelar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrivel e agora com fibra é que ta ruim mesmo nossa, colocaram a fibra aqui na minha casa na quarta de meio dia quando foi de noite ja estava sem funcionar kk ate agora que é domingo e nada, nem suporte nem nada.
horrible and now with fiber it’s really bad, they put the fiber here in my house on the fourth of noon when it was night it was not working kk until now it’s Sunday and nothing, neither support nor anything.

Entrei em contato as 21 horas e 40 minutos e só fui respondido de 11:06 da manhã
E ainda me deram um prazo de 5 minutos pra eu responder se n eles passariam pra outro criente
Eu estando trabalhando como eu iria responder na hora que eles querem?
Eu tenho que esperar a noite toda pra eles entrar em contato e quando eles quiserem responder eu ter só 5 minutos pra entrar em contato de volta com eles?
E além da internet está caindo a semana toda e horrível
Eu estou pagando pra usar a internet quando eles bem quiserem
Se não melhorar terei que mudar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De início a internet não me deu problema, mas após 1 ano tudo foi de "ladeira a baixo". Resolução de problemas técnicos demorada, falta de informação com o cliente.
Infelizmente, a internet tinha tudo para ser ótima, mas até mesmo pelo atendimento deixou a desejar muito.
Deselegante...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso a internet com fibra e mesmo assim o sinal e ruim, já liguei várias vezes mas nunca resolve, se fosse no inverno eu até entenderia, mas no verão sem chuva e sem vento a cone6ta tão ruim, o sinal lento, fora que ninguém faz nada!!!
I use the internet with fiber and the signal is still bad, I've called it several times but it never works, if it were in the winter I would understand, but in the summer without rain and without wind the connection is so bad, the signal is slow, no one else does nothing!!!
