endless bureaucracy in the telephone service, I thought I was looking to rent a Ferrari instead of scaffolding. Rude clerk and an endless delay in responding if you have any of the incomplete contract documentation.

Very central, organized, but the client runs around a lot inside... it leaves one place, goes to another then goes back to the one... so it looks like a public agency, the client keeps moving from sector to sector.
