Fora que o carro que me deram estava com a bateria baixa. Ou seja, ao voltar para casa o carro simplesmente não funcionou. Reitero o TOTAL FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO dos DONOS dessa empresa. ZERO FALTA DE RESPEITO. Pensem duas vezes antes de recorrerem aos serviços deles. Eu só peguei o carro, pq foi carro reserva do meu seguro, mas se depender de escolher por essa locadora, com certeza nem recomendo nem loco.

ZERO LACK OF RESPECT. Think twice before turning to their services. I just took the car, because it was my insurance reserve car, but if it depends on choosing this rental company, I certainly neither recommend nor loco.

I have rented cars from other companies such as Localiza, Movida and Unidas, but with Locar Master I was more satisfied, both with the cars and also with the excellent service.

Allianz direcionou meu carro para a Pontual e locação do carro reserva para outro local ( bem longe), mesmo tendo a Locamaster dentro da Pontual, e me disseram que não havia. Mas fui orientada por Elaine que tinha e Ricardo conseguiu direcionar a liberação do carro reserva pela Locamaster. Ótimo atendimento
Excellent service, both from the Punctual workshop (Elaine) and from Locamaster (Ricardo André). Allianz directed my car to Pontual and reserved car rental to another location (far away), even though Locamaster was within Pontual, and I was told there was none. But I was guided by Elaine who had it and Ricardo managed to direct the release of the reserve car by Locamaster. Great service
