★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. No cumplen con lo que dicen. Los autos no están cuidados, podría haber tenido un accidente por el estado de la goma del auto que me dieron. Una decepción total. No se dejen engañar.
 Bad experience. They do not comply with what they say. The cars are not cared for, I could have had an accident because of the state of the rubber on the car they gave me. A total disappointment. Do not be fooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha!! Experiência terrível no Rio de Janeiro. Eles não cumprem com o que dizem, eles cobram como se nada sem notificar o cartão de crédito sem motivo. Uma verdadeira vergonha! Você reclama e a telefonista te corta na cara.
A shame!! Terrible experience in Rio de Janeiro. They do not comply with what they say, they charge as if nothing without notifying the credit card for no reason. A real shame! You complain and the operator cuts you in the face.

Un empleado llamado Jesus me extorsiono y me cobro 100 reales por lavado, luego completaron mal el contrato y me cobraron la nata 2 veces y encima me dieron un auto menos de lo que habia pedido. Y me lo entregaron en el aeripuerto y no me dejaron el ticket del parkin. Malisimo!! Y luego no atienden el telefono. Un papelon!
They are a disaster!! An employee named Jesus extorted money from me and charged me 100 reales for washing, then they completed the contract badly and they charged me the cream twice and they gave me a car less than what I had asked for. And they gave it to me at the airport and they did not leave my parking ticket. Lousy!! And then they do not answer the phone. A role!

Sou grato de mais por essas pessoas, a impresa e sensacional,tudo certinho e sem falar quanta classe e educaçao. Agora eu sei que se eu precisar alugar carro em algun lugar de confiança, eu posso contar com eles. Gente muito obrigado a minha família e grata.

I am most grateful for these people, the impressive and sensational, all right and not to mention how much class and education. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a Loca Rio! A empresa não cumpriu com o acordado desde o primeiro momento. Eu havia agendado a entrega do carro na minha casa e não o recebi. Ao entrar em contato, fui informada que não iriam entregar o carro pois não tinham funcionário disponível e nem previsão de horário de disponibilidade. Ou seja, primeiro sinal de TOTAL desorganização da empresa. Ao buscar o carro, eles só tinham carros velhos e o que me deram estava na reserva, ou seja, tive que abastecer um carro que DEVERIA ter vindo com TANQUE CHEIO para mim. Se não bastasse tudo isso, no 2º dia de uso a marcha do carro quebrou! QUEBROU!!!! E pra finalizar, no dia da entrega do carro, eles ainda tiveram a cara de pau de cobrar lavagem do veículo quebrado, combustível do carro que foi entrega na RESERVA e seguros NÃO CONTRATADOS para terceiros e condutor adicional. PIOR EMPRESA que já contratei! NÃO CONTRATEM ESSA EMPRESA!
Bad experience with Loca Rio! The company did not comply with the agreement from the first moment. I had scheduled the delivery of the car at my house and did not receive it. Upon contacting, I was informed that they would not deliver the car because they had no staff available and no estimated time of availability. That is, the first sign of TOTAL disorganization of the company. When looking for the car, they only had old cars and what they gave me was in the reserve, that is, I had to fill up a car that SHOULD have come with a FULL TANK for me. If that wasn't enough, on the 2nd day of use the car's gear broke! IT BROKE!!!! And finally, on the day the car was delivered, they still had the courage to charge for washing the broken vehicle, fuel for the car that was delivered in the RESERVATION and non-contracted insurance for third parties and additional driver. WORST COMPANY I have ever hired! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Rádio não funcionava
Carregador usb não funcionava.
Vazamento de combustível.
Pneu no limite do uso.
E no final de toda a saga ....Não me deram descontos e cobraram a lavagem 80.00.
Vá no localiza e mais barato
It was not the q I expected.
Car with several defects.
Brake pad.
Radio did not work
usb charger did not work.
fuel leak.
Tire on the use limit.
And at the end of the whole saga .... They did not give me discounts and charged cleaning 80.00.
