Locamos um veiculo para retirá-lo dia 21 de Abril, como ja sabia que a loja nao estaria aberta, solicitei um contato da pessoa que iria nos buscar no aeroporto para nao ter desencontros. Era uma viagem de familia que estavamos com 2 criancas pequenas. Não podia haver desencontros. Mas segundo a atendente não precisava nos passar nenhum contato, com certeza teria alguem no local combinado (porta de vidro em frente ao Bobs).
Mas isso nao aconteceu.
Chegamos, ficamos mais de uma hora esperando e nao apareceu ninguem.
Tivemos a sorte de ter pedido informação ao motorista da van da Foco e o mesmo, depois de retornar ao aeroporto 2x e nos ver lá, sem saber o que fazer, nos deu carona.
Fiquei EXTREMAMENTE insatisfeita com o atendimento, visto que fui muito clara ao pedir um contato de alguem por já demostrar medo de desencontros.
Porém, o que eu temia aconteceu.
Primeira e ultima vez!!!
I was extremely disappointed with the service.
We rented a vehicle to pick it up on the 21st of April, as I already knew that the store would not be open, I asked for a contact from the person who would pick us up at the airport to avoid any misunderstandings. It was a family trip that we were with 2 small children. There could be no disagreements. But according to the attendant, she didn't need to give us any contact, for sure there would be someone at the agreed place (glass door in front of the Bobs).
But that did not happen.
We arrived, we waited more than an hour and no one came.
We were fortunate to have asked the driver of the Foco van and the same, after returning to the airport 2x and seeing us there, not knowing what to do, gave us a ride.
I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service, since I was very clear when asking for a contact from someone for already showing fear of disagreements.
However, what I feared happened.
First and last time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltou a empresa interagir mais e repassar algumas informações importantes, mas no final das contas achei o atendimento bem dinâmico, se não fosse esse detalhe de comunicação, daria 5 estrelas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reserva pela internet. Recebi o e-mail de confirmação de reserva. E só na véspera soube que não tinha vaga. Isso pq liguei. Recomendo procurem outra locadora. Essa é amadora.
I made a reservation online. I received the booking confirmation email. And only the day before did I know that I had no vacancy. That's why I called. I recommend looking for another rental company. This one is amateur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma vez para nunca mais! O chamariz da empresa são os valores pequenos mas não se engane, porque o barato sai caríssimo!! A começar pela caução de R$ 800,00, que você pode embutir no valor da locação porque a locadora certamente vai arrumar um jeito de ficar com esse dinheiro. No momento da entrega eles se aproveitam da pressa dos clientes que precisam ir ao aeroporto para pegar seus voos e dizem que a "pessoa" que faz a vistoria saiu, e que por isso vão encerrar o contrato apenas depois, por whatsapp, após a vistoria. Um arranhão mínimo no carro vai custar a você o valor cheio da caução, isso quando o valor do "conserto" não for maior. Para ler casos surreais é só pesquisar a locadora no reclame aqui. São incontáveis mentiras e subterfúgios usados para tirar o máximo de dinheiro que conseguirem, que vão desde orçamentos duvidosos de funilarias fantasiosas até seguros inexistentes. Se eles tivessem seguro, como dizem ter, você não teria de pagar um valor extorsivo por um arranhão, quando consta no contrato que é de 10% do valor da avaria. Para completar, além de terem mentido dizendo que estornaram a caução (liguei no banco e não tinham feito isso), fizeram uma cobrança adicional no cartão do meu esposo. Esse estorno só aconteceu posteriormente, depois de muita insistência. Não confiem nessa empresa!

There are countless lies and subterfuges used to get as much money as they can, ranging from dubious budgets from fancy body shops to non-existent insurance. If they had insurance, as they say they do, you wouldn't have to pay an extortionate amount for a scratch, when it's stated in the contract that it's 10% of the damage value. To top it off, in addition to having lied saying that they had reversed the deposit (I called the bank and they hadn't), they made an additional charge on my husband's card. This reversal only happened later, after much insistence. Don't trust this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During COVID times, it is really lame when you realize a company is trying to take advantage on you or the global situation to make some profit. My flight was changed a few times due to delays and cancellations. I tried to call LocarX a few times to get help, they would only redirect me to an online platform which, in turn, would not answer my phone calls or emails. Didn’t make it to LocarX in time, didn’t get the assistance I needed, and ended up with the company trying to charge me for a car rental that didn’t really happen. Never again!
