★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma enorme decepção. Tentei locar um Guincho Hospitalar no dia 02/06 e até hoje 05/06 nada. Não existem pessoas para atender apenas Watsapp, se quiser esclarecer alguma duvida por telefone, não adianta pedir para telefonarem, pois eles não ligam. Resolvi agora de manhã procurar outra loja, e em 5 minutos tudo resolvido, cadastro aberto e aprovado e entrega do guincho daqui a 2 horas, ahhh. fui atendido por uma pessoa ao telefone que me esclareceu todas as duvidas, e finalizando... locação e cesto mais baratos. Como não se deve dizer "desta água não beberei", se precisar de algum produto do gênero a Localset será minha ULTIMA OPÇÃO.

Now I decided to look for another store in the morning, and in 5 minutes everything was resolved, the registration was open and approved and the winch was delivered in 2 hours, ahhh. I was answered by a person on the phone who answered all my questions, and ended up ... cheaper rental and basket. As it should not be said "I will not drink this water", if you need any product of this kind, Localset will be my LAST OPTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o primeiro atendimento, até entrega e retirada da cadeira de rodas, tive um excelente atendimento por toda equipe. Eles avisam a hora que está para chegar tanto para a entrega como para a retirada. Departamentos comercial e financeiro, nota 10. Super recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O acento da cadeira de rodas quebrou no segundo dia, a cadeira de banho é patética péssima, Quase que eu levei um tombo os dois braços são fixos e eu tinha que ficar com a perna direita para fora do banho... eles não tinham outra opção o andador também é péssimo eu queria o andador com roda na frente e eles não tinham... e o andador e largo demais não tinha mais estreito então para me locomover no apartamento foi bem complicado, eles não fazem questão nenhuma de te atender bem, quando eu fui devolver as coisas eles perderam o meu contrato...... Se ela n ficaram procurando não achava o contrato. Bem desorganizados não recomendo.
Quando eu liguei dizendo que o assento da cadeira tinha quebrado eles falam com uma naturalidade tão grande: passa aqui para trocar ....como se fosse mão para mim ...passar lá para trocar como se fossem meus vizinhos.... achei uma falta de respeito tão grande o mínimo que eles deveriam ter feito é ter mandado uma cadeira para mim e trocar.... uma falta de consideração enorme com o cliente.
The wheelchair seat broke on the second day, the shower chair is pathetic, I almost fell over, both arms are fixed and I had to keep my right leg out of the shower... they didn't have another one option the walker is also terrible I wanted the walker with the wheel on the front and they didn't have it... and the walker is too wide and didn't have any narrower so getting around the apartment was very complicated, they don't care to serve you well , when I went to return the things they lost my contract...... If she didn't keep looking, she couldn't find the contract. Very disorganized do not recommend.
When I called saying that the seat of the chair had broken, they spoke with such naturalness: come here to change it .... as if it were a hand for me ... go there to change it as if they were my neighbors.... I thought such a lack of respect, the least they should have done is send me a chair and change it.... a huge lack of consideration for the customer.
