Aluguei um imóvel em Jan/2020 onde pago um valor de R$ 1.700 reais, logo após 2 mêses comecei a ter problemas com valores de energia exorbitantes. Constatado problemas graves na elétrica e a proprietária alega não ter condições de consertar e a imobiliária conivente não faz nada. Desde então pago esse valor de aluguel sem nenhum atraso + R$ 400 reais de luz todo o mês sem contar na instabilidade elétrica do imóvel.
Eles agem somente em conformidade quando o assunto é relacionado ao proprietário.
Troubled lease, tenants flee that real estate.
I rented a property in Jan/2020 where I paid R$ 1,700 reais, just after 2 months I started having problems with exorbitant energy values. Serious problems are found in the electrical system and the owner claims that she is unable to fix it and the collusive real estate agency does nothing. Since then, I have paid this rent without any delay + R$ 400 of electricity every month, not counting the electrical instability of the property.
They only act accordingly when the matter is related to the owner.
