★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O app confirmou uma reserva, porém quando fui pegar o veículo informaram que meu cadastro não foi aprovado e ainda cobraram uma taxa por eu ter feito a reserva no APP.
Resultado sai sem carro e ainda fui obrigado a pagar uma taxa que seria pelo não comparecimento, porém compareci e não liberaram o veículo.
The app confirmed a reservation, but when I went to pick up the vehicle, they informed me that my registration was not approved and they even charged a fee for making the reservation on the APP.
Result leaves without a car and I was still forced to pay a fee that would be for non-attendance, but I attended and they didn't release the vehicle.
