★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido por duas pessoas diferentes e apesar de não lembrar o nome de uma das atendentes, quero fazer justiça pois fui muito bem atendido por ela, tirou minhas dúvidas com muita presteza e educação. Pena não me recorda o nome, só me lembro que não é um nome muito comum. Já o segundo atendimento foi péssimo, uma atendente de nome DANIELA, com uma má vontade, desinformada e com desleixo, se quer deu atenção para o que eu estava perguntando sobre o imóvel. Sinceramente essa profissional se é que pode chamar lá assim, precisa de orientações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. Em 15 anos q moro de aluguel, NUNCA VI PIOR, IGUAL. Eles alegam que seu fiador não foi aceito com a pretensão de lhe vender seguro, mesmo ele tendo imóveis quitados, boa renda e ficha limpa. Ou vc paga o seguro ou n aluga. Aproveitam da sua necessidade de locação. N te dão outras opções. Estou tendo problemas enormes com esse pessoal.
NAO RECOMENDO EM HIPÓTESE ALGUMA.
N aceitam críticas TB. Assim como eu, você pode ser alvo de notificações extra judiciais como forma de intimidação. Mascaram os imóveis para poder alugar.
Bad real estate. In 15 years I live in rent, I NEVER SEEN WORSE, EQUAL. They claim that his guarantor was not accepted with the intention of selling him insurance, even though he had paid off properties, good income and a clean record. Either you pay the insurance or you don't rent. Take advantage of your rental need. They don't give you other options. I'm having huge problems with these people.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY EVENT.
No accept TB reviews. Like me, you can be the target of extrajudicial notices as a form of intimidation. They mask the properties for rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de 11 anos como cliente, sendo a locataria, estou extremamente desapontada com a Locato. Não aceitem nada em confiança. Com eles tudo deve ser por escrito, assinado em duas vias e registrado em cartório. Sem nenhum exagero. Ao alugar um imóvel, seja EXTREMAMENTE minucioso com a vistoria. Não assinem a vistoria em desacordo com o que está no local, com a orientação de que vc deve enviar as suas observações por escrito posteriormente, pois eles não consideram este documento no final do contrato. Não aceitem pregos ou furos na parede, pinturas velhas e manchadas em portas, portais, rodapés e janelas que são descritas como novas, instalações hidráulicas ou elétricas aparentes, sem estarem detalhadamente descritas. Exija extrema fidelidade ao descrito ou do contrário vc terá de pagar por danos que não foram causados por vc. Infelizmente, acredito que pinturas velhas no local e descritas como novas em vistorias sejam extamente para pegar os desatentos e para mim o nome disto é má fé. Eu não tive esta malícia a 11 anos atrás e agora estou pagando por um desgaste no imóvel que já estava lá qdo eu cheguei.

Do not sign the inspection in disagreement with what is in place, with the guidance that you must send your observations in writing later, as they do not consider this document at the end of the contract. Do not accept nails or holes in the wall, old and stained paintwork on doors, portals, baseboards and windows that are described as new, apparent plumbing or electrical installations without being described in detail. Demand extreme fidelity to what is described or otherwise you will have to pay for damages that were not caused by you. Unfortunately, I believe that old paintings on site and described as new in surveys are just to catch the unwary and to me the name of this is bad faith. I didn't have this malice 11 years ago and now I'm paying for wear and tear on the property that was already there when I arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR "imobiliaria" de juiz de fora!! Antes de assinar o contrato te tratam como anjo... Depois que assina vc vira LIXO, tiram taxas de todos os lugares, valores errados etc. Não caiam nessa!
WORST "real estate" from a judge from outside!! Before signing the contract they treat you like an angel... After you sign you become GARBAGE, they take fees from everywhere, wrong amounts, etc. Don't fall for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a NINGUÉM. Um pessoal indiferente ao cliente, não dão a mínima atenção, te tratam como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Estou há duas semanas aguardando um retorno deles e nem por whatsapp eles respondem direito. Visitei um imóvel que que deu até vergonha, cheio de fezes na privada, a pintura toda manchada e cheio de furos na parede da cozinha. Nunca vi uma imobiliária tão desleixada. Um péssimo atendimento dos funcionários, puro descaso!
I don't recommend it to ANYONE. A staff indifferent to the customer, they don't pay the slightest attention, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor. I've been waiting two weeks for a response from them and they don't even respond by whatsapp. I visited a property that I was ashamed of, full of feces in the toilet, the paint all stained and full of holes in the kitchen wall. I've never seen such a sloppy realtor. Terrible customer service, pure disrespect!
