★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com a locadora, por whatsapp a atendente disse que teria que ter uma pessoa para ajudar a descarregar 20 escoras para laje, tive que pedir meu cunhado para ajudar, pois estava longe de casa e minha esposa está grávida, o motorista ao chegar com as escoras, se recusou a ajudar, alegando que não era pago para descarregar e que ainda estava na sua hora de almoço.
Agiu com ignorância, ao entrar em contato com a locadora, me disseram que eu teria que provar a postura do motorista, como se eu tivesse a intenção de perder meu tempo para fazer uma reclamação de uma pessoa que eu nem conheço, na tentativa de defamar o funcionário.
A partir de hoje, eu não faço mais locações com a LOCMAQ, principalmente pela formar de tratarem seus clientes na entrega de ferramentas.
MAIS DO QUE ISSO, PODERIAM PEGAR SUAS ESCORAS E DEVOLVER MEU DINHEIRO.
NA ENTREGA DAS ESCORAS, EU ESTAREI PRESENTE, PARA EVITAR QUE HUMILHEM MINHA ESPOSA GRÁVIDA.
I had a terrible experience with the rental company, for whatsapp the attendant said that there would have to be a person to help unload 20 props for the slab, I had to ask my brother-in-law to help, as I was far from home and my wife is pregnant, the driver to arriving with the props, he refused to help, claiming he wasn't paid to unload and that it was still his lunch hour.
Acted in ignorance, when contacting the rental company, they told me I would have to prove the driver's posture, as if I had the intention of wasting my time to file a complaint with a person I don't even know, in an attempt to discredit the official.
As of today, I no longer lease with LOCMAQ, mainly because of the way they treat their customers when delivering tools.
MORE THAN THAT, THEY COULD TAKE UP THEIR BORING AND RETURN MY MONEY.
IN THE DELIVERY OF THE PROCESSES, I WILL BE PRESENT TO AVOID THE HUMILIATION OF MY PREGNANT WIFE.
