★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O catálogo da loja é 5 estrelas. Já o atendimento... 1 estrela pra fazer caridade. Vendedoras antipáticas e sem nenhuma vontade de dar informações. Respondem com má vontade. Ninguém cumprimenta ninguém e mal olham na sua cara. Na mesma galeria tem lojas com atendimento muito superior, como a Medusa Records e o Tuca Discos, que são fiéis ao espírito do vinil e daquele papo old school entre colecionadores e amantes da música. Não volto mais na Locomotiva. Tinha tudo pra ser uma referência na área, mas infelizmente não é o caso.
 The store catalog is 5 stars. As for the service... 1 star for charity. Unfriendly sellers and unwilling to give information. They respond grudgingly. Nobody greets anybody and they barely look you in the face. In the same gallery there are stores with much superior service, such as Medusa Records and Tuca Discos, which are faithful to the spirit of vinyl and that old school chat between collectors and music lovers. I'm not going back to the Locomotive anymore. It had everything to be a reference in the area, but unfortunately it is not the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have quite a nice selection of Brazilian music vinyl records and CDs, both new and used, but don't be fooled by their in-store inventory: most of what they have is in a storage nearby, so people should call in advance or order online a few days before with free in-store pickup. Their customer service is great.
