Eles poderiam ter me tirado facilmente 200,00, mas a honestidade e transparência da empresa falou mais alto
Estava com problema com a minha impressora L300 epson, entrei em contato na segunda no primeiro horário, eles de prontidão me atenderam e pediram para levar a impressora. Na loja, tanto O Eduardo quanto o Daniel, foram muito honesto, me explicaram que o problema era apenas na configuração. Me orientam a fazer a manutenção, pois já é uma impressora usada.
Em casa qnd fui instalar as configurações, tive dificuldade e entrei em contato, novamente de imediato me socorreram.
Ficou bem claro que não é uma empresa que visa apenas lucro, mais sim parceria de longo prazo com o cliente.
E conseguiram, eu indico e confio

They could have easily taken me 200.00, but the honesty and transparency of the company spoke louder
I had a problem with my Epson L300 printer, I got in touch on Monday at the first time, they promptly attended to me and asked to take the printer. At the store, both Eduardo and Daniel, were very honest, they explained to me that the problem was only in the configuration. They guide me to do the maintenance, because it is already a used printer.
At home when I went to install the settings, I had difficulty and got in touch, again they immediately helped me.
It was very clear that it is not a company that aims only at profit, but rather a long-term partnership with the client.
And they did it, I recommend and trust
