No local para entrega um dia antes, e não puderam fazer a entrega. No dia da festa, chegaram atrasados, e não conseguia contato pelo whats, somente depois de ligarmos várias vezes. O valor de locação ficou alto porque pedi para entregarem. A TV e o Atari funcionaram em parte da festa. Os outros itens de decoração chegaram atrasados e não vieram de acordo com a foto no site. Ficou tudo muito confuso. A equipe de entrega quase não trouxe os itens, eu que perguntei e eles ficaram meio confusos. Após a instalação, voltaram para buscar no carro. Após a festa, enviei mensagem para organizar a retirada, mas não fui atendida. Poderia ser melhor!!!

On-site delivery one day early, and could not deliver. On the day of the party, they arrived late, and I couldn't get in touch via whats, only after calling several times. The lease value was high because I asked them to deliver. TV and Atari were part of the party. The other decoration items arrived late and didn't come according to the photo on the website. Everything got very confused. The delivery team barely brought the items, I asked and they were a bit confused. After installation, they went back to get the car. After the party, I sent a message to organize the withdrawal, but I was not answered. Could be better!!!
