★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Einrichtung ist recht schön, leider allerdings weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Ich habe den Pool und das Apartment sehr genossen und kann eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
The decor is quite nice, but unfortunately far from the center. I really enjoyed the pool and the apartment and can make a recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A anfitriã foi muito educada e bem atenciosa, agora já os funcionários da recepção foram PÉSSIMOS! Sem educação, arrogantes e ignorantes! Nem pedir informações a gente pode, até perguntas básicas sobre o prédio eles não sabem responder educadamente. MUITA FALTA DE RESPEITO COM OS HÓSPEDES! Não recomendo se alguém vier passar uma temporada aqui no rio, é melhor pagar um pouco mais caro e ter um atendimento bom do que escolher esse lugar!
Obs: fora que o preço do condomínio aqui é altíssimo!!!!!!!
The hostess was very polite and well attentive, now the reception staff were Lousy! Uneducated, arrogant and ignorant! Nor can we ask for information, even basic questions about the building they can't answer politely. VERY LACK OF RESPECT TO THE GUESTS! I do not recommend if someone comes to spend a season here in Rio, it is better to pay a little more expensive and have a good service than choose this place!
Note: the condominium price here is very high !!!!!!!

The management of this condo is horrible! He doesn't answer anything right and when he has to answer, he doesn't solve it. Badly managed for sure!
