★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com diversos produtos na área de tecnologia, principalmente no quesito de celulares. Possui praticamente de tudo que você gostaria de comprar no que tange telefone celulares. Preço um pouco salgado, mas justificável, pois é uma loja no Shopping Praiamar, e acompanha uma boa garantia na maioria dos produtos (normalmente a garantia é da própria LOFT PRAIAMAR). Atendimento rápido e fácil. Bons atendentes, atenciosos, prestativos e não demorados. Recomendaria sim para outra pessoa, apesar dela ter que desembolsar um bom dinheiro dependendo do que for comprar na loja. Porém, isto é muito individual, quem tem, tem. Quem não tem, existe diversas outras lojas, tanto no próprio Shopping Praiamar, como também no Gonzaga, que suprem equipamentos tecnológicos e mobile por um preço menor. Para mim, 5 estrelas, pois na minha opinião, a loja não peca em nenhum aspecto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo antedimento, desde que pisei o pé nesta loja, só decepção. Fones que não funcionam (marca própria), promessa de que uma peça iria chegar até tal dia e não chegou, preço ultra inflacionado (algo de 20 reais por 180), não conhecem coisas básicas de direito do consumidor como garantia, troca e tempo de entrega prometido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 06/03 levei meu aparelho que tinha sofrido uma queda e rachado a tela para essa loja, trocamos a tela, fui atendido pela Aila que foi ótima por sinal, o conserto ficou em 400,00 e este foi devolvido dia 07/03; dia 13/03 ao agachar o com o aparelho no bolso, justamente no lugar que me devolveram como elástico de dinheiro o aparelhou trincou a tela novamente, voltei, pois na garantia de 3 meses que fica expresso a partir da data de saída, diz no ítem 2 que é para defeitos na peça (sim a peça no caso era a tela, e que era de segunda mão conforme laudo técnico de outra loja) fui novamente atendido pela Aila que levou ao "técnico dela" e voltou com outro orçamento de R$ 350,00 por um serviço já mal feito e de segunda mão que saiu muito mais barato em outro lugar. Há uma cláusula nessa nota de serviço que jurídicamente chamamos de ''leão" quer protege a loja, porém há um código máximo que é do Consumidor que apregoa que: "A garantia estabelecida pelo direito do consumidor para os produtos e serviços não duráveis é de 30 dias, porém para produtos ou serviços duráveis, o prazo passa a ser de 90 dias.
Ademais, só vale nos casos em que há defeito visível no produto ou no caso de vício (defeito oculto)."
Minha tela já foi novamente reparada e irei entrar com um pedido de ressarcimento do valor desse serviço e produto no Juizado de Pequenas Causas"

There is a clause in this service note that we legally call ''lion'' that protects the store, but there is a maximum code that belongs to the Consumer that claims that: "The guarantee established by consumer law for non-durable products and services is 30 days, but for durable products or services, the deadline is 90 days.
In addition, it is only valid in cases where there is a visible defect in the product or in the case of addiction (hidden defect)."
My screen has already been repaired again and I will file a claim for reimbursement of the value of this service and product in the Small Claims Court"
