★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pedido que era para ser entregue no dia 22/06/21 até agora nada. A magazine Luiza é a dona da Logbee, esta empresa foi adquirida para agilizar as entregas da magalu só que o tiro saiu pela culatra. Quando vinha pelos correios não tinha este tipo de problema. E ainda falam que privatizar os correios vai melhorar, não sei a onde. A prova está aí. Nos correios pode até atrasar mas você pelo menos tem como saber onde está e se extraviar eles comunicam a empresa rapidamente para poder tomar providências. E viva a iniciativa privada.
My order that was to be delivered on 06/22/21 so far nothing. The Luiza magazine is the owner of Logbee, this company was acquired to expedite magalu's deliveries, but it backfired. When I came by post, I didn't have this type of problem. And they still say that privatizing the post office will improve, I don't know where. The proof is there. At the post office it can even be late, but you at least have a way to know where you are and if you go astray they communicate the company quickly to be able to take action. And long live the private initiative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa de entrega. Não atualiza o link de rastreio, comprei pela zattini com no dia 05/07 com prazo de 3 a 4 dias úteis. Previsão deles apenas para dia 13. Sem saber onde está meu pedido. Sendo que em um pedido recente pela Netshoes atrasaram, tive que abrir protocolo, meu pedido foi extraviado e a Nethoes me ressarciu. Já estava de saco cheio dessa empresa só por isso, aí agora compro pela Zattini e é essa mesma empresa que não tem respeito pelos clientes! Empresas de grande porte perdendo clientes por transportadoras lixo como essa!
Bad delivery company. Does not update the tracking link, I bought it by zattini with on 07/05 within 3 to 4 business days. Their forecast only for the 13th. Not knowing where my order is. As a recent order by Netshoes was delayed, I had to open the protocol, my order was lost and Nethoes reimbursed me. I was fed up with this company just for that reason, so now I buy for Zattini and it's this same company that has no respect for its customers! Large companies losing customers to junk carriers like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem telefone de contato. Não tem como rastrear seu pedido. Compras pela magazine Luiza demoram mais do que quando entregues pelo Correios. E pensar que em um cenário de privatização do Correios, essa é a qualidade do serviço que teremos.....
There is no contact phone. There is no way to track your order. Purchases by Luiza magazine take longer than when delivered by Correios. And to think that in a scenario of privatization of Correios, this is the quality of service we will have.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora com funcionários extremamente despreparados e preguiçosos, Pedido E14BIC28J4BHC comprado no site da leroy merlin, e para a minha total infelicidade foi a logbee a responsável pela entrega. Foi no endereço e falou que não tinha ninguém no local. Depois entregou somente o pedido parcial faltando um item e até agora não tive nenhum retorno da transportadora. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM ESSA TRANSPORTADORA!!
Bad carrier with extremely unprepared and lazy employees, Order E14BIC28J4BHC purchased from the leroy merlin website, and to my complete misfortune logbee was responsible for the delivery. He went to the address and said there was no one in the place. After only delivered the partial order missing an item and so far had no return of the carrier. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT CARRIER !!

Terrible my wife bought it at the magazine and never received it and one day they say they sent the email to the carrier and no delivery and it is already 11 days late

Magalu me deixou muito decepcionado hoje com parceria com essa transportadora Logbee que presta serviços junto com vocês de seus produtos. Falaram que vieram ao meu endereço e não tive ninguém para receber o produto. Cadê provas, que vieram mesmo? Fiquei em casa o dia todo e nada. Espero que mudem a gerencia ou vão perder muito com tudo isso que vem acontecendo. Obrigado
Unfortunately I have this tool to use to COMPLAIN about the lack of interaction with the customer who wants information about their delivery. Magalu left me very disappointed today to partner with this Logbee carrier that provides services along with you of their products. They said they came to my address and I didn't have anyone to receive the product. Where's the evidence, which really came? I stayed home all day and nothing. I hope they change the management or they will lose a lot with all that has been happening. Thanks
