★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 03/11/20 foi comprado pelo telefone, pela minha funcionária Lilian, um pedido com 3 itens de mangueiras de diferentes tipos. O material foi entregue/retirado no dia 13/11/2020.
No dia 17/11, entramos em contato novamente, pois o material não atendeu nossas necessidades solicitando a devolução do material.
O pedido de devolução não foi aceito pela vendedora Luiza, e posterior foi negado pelo Sr Luis Fernando, que se identificou como dono da empresa.
Tentamos de forma amigável, ressaltamos nosso direito de devolução no prazo de 7 dias e o Sr, ainda se negou o recebimento, declarando que procurássemos nossos direitos.
A nota de devolução já está pronta e aguardando a retirada do material.
Conforme consta no CDC o material não está violado/usado e em plena condições de armazenagem e revenda.
On 11/03/20, an order with 3 items of hoses of different types was purchased over the phone, by my employee Lilian. The material was delivered / picked up on 11/13/2020.
On 11/17, we contacted you again, as the material did not meet our needs requesting the return of the material.
The return request was not accepted by the seller Luiza, and later was denied by Mr. Luis Fernando, who identified himself as the owner of the company.
We tried in a friendly manner, emphasized our right to return within 7 days and you still refused to receive it, declaring that we seek our rights.
The return note is ready and waiting for the material to be removed.
As stated in the CDC, the material is not violated / used and in full storage and resale conditions.
