★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei comprar um Desktop na Login fui muito bem atendida ao telefone por Creuza ,a gerente,que me esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas com relação a melhor aquisição para meu uso. E já na Loja física na entrada principal do shopping Bela Viagem fui bem atendida por Jones que testou o Desktop,atualizou. A equipe está de parabéns,em tempos de Pandemia esta loja mostrou como deve ser um atendimento: rápido,preciso e esclarecedor.Agradecida!
 I had to buy a Desktop at Login. I was very well answered on the phone by Creuza, the manager, who clarified all my doubts regarding the best acquisition for my use. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi bem atendida, na loja se encontra vários itens eletrônicos, com opções de marcas, cores e preços, comprei cartucho para impressora e o atendente me indicou um bolo produto, com explicação de preço e vantagens de quantidade fazendo comparações, foi muito útil e fiquei grata. Já estive outras vezes nesta loja e também fui bem atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou Iuri Caires e estive hoje, dia 26.10.2021 no Shopping Bela Vista logo em sua abertura, às 9h quando adentrei na loja Login para adquirir um suporte para notebook. Ao entrar na loja com a porta encostada, tinham 2 funcionários sem usar máscaras e fui surpreendido com uma abordagem um tanto grosseira e constrangedora em que o rapaz me perguntou: "Você está vendo aí a porta aberta pra estar entrando assim?" E eu surpreso questionei se a loja não estava aberta visto que o shopping acabou de abrir e aí o vendedor falou em tom alto: "A loja não está aberta ainda, quando vc ver a porta aberta aí você pode entrar!" Aí eu saí constrangido e fui comprar na Kalunga que já estava aberta. Fui até a administração do Shopping Bela Vista e muito bem atendido por Débora que me explicou da obrigatoriedade das lojas estarem abertas com a abertura do Shopping e me forneceu o contato da Gerente da Login (Creuza),liguei, me apresentei e narrei toda a situação que aconteceu e fiquei perplexo com tamanha naturalidade com a qual a gerente afirmou pra mim: "Aqui é assim, nó não abrimos a loja 9h por que estamos aqui na frente, expostos a assaltos" e ainda me perguntou se eu vi a Pague Menos aberta, eu disse que não observei e reforcei que se a loja faz parte do shopping deve seguir o horário de funcionamento do mesmo. Login Shopping Bela Vista, NUNCA MAIS! Não abre no horário proposto, não tem tato para lidar com clientes, gerente arrogante, pedante e sem a menor noção de servir.
I'm Iuri Caires and I was today, 26.10.2021 at Shopping Bela Vista right at its opening, at 9 am when I entered the Login store to purchase a support for a notebook. When I entered the store with the door ajar, there were 2 employees without masks and I was surprised by a somewhat rude and embarrassing approach in which the guy asked me: "Do you see the door open to be entering like this?" And I was surprised and asked if the store was not open since the mall had just opened and then the seller said in a loud voice: "The store is not open yet, when you see the door open then you can enter!" Then I left embarrassed and went to shop at Kalunga, which was already open. I went to the management of Shopping Bela Vista and was very well assisted by Débora who explained to me that the stores must be open with the opening of the Mall and provided me with the Login Manager's contact (Creuza), I called, introduced myself and narrated the entire situation what happened and I was perplexed with such naturalness with which the manager said to me: "Here it is, we don't open the store at 9 am because we are here in front, exposed to robberies" and she asked me if I had seen Pay Less open , I said that I did not observe and reinforced that if the store is part of the mall, it must follow its opening hours. Login Shopping Bela Vista, NEVER AGAIN! It does not open on schedule, has no tact in dealing with customers, an arrogant, pedantic manager with no idea of serving.
