No cdc fala que o cliente nao é obrigado a pagar por coisas que foram danificadas no interior da loja. Vou reclamar no Procon e fazer o que for cabivel aos meus direitos de consumidora. Funcionarios e gerencia desconhece o cdc...
I went to the store and made a purchase but 1 danone was punctured and they charged me for the punctured danone that I didn't even take ... The cdc says that the customer is not obliged to pay for things that were damaged inside the store. I will complain to Procon and do whatever is applicable to my consumer rights. Staff and management unaware of the cdc ...
