★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Comprei 10 camisetas para a minha empresa dia 30/12/2020. Para ser entregue no dia 07/12/2020. Porém quando chegou o dia da entrega eu liguei para saber se já estava pronto e não estava, me prometeram para o próximo dia. No dia 08/12 liguei novamente para saber se tinha ficado pronto e me disseram que o tecido estava errado e não dava para sublimar. Decidi fazer ciregrafia para agilizar, assim me prometeram entregar dia 09/12 no final da tarde. No dia 09 liguei e me disseram q estavam finalizando e que ficaria pronto no próximo dia. Hj dia 10/12 resolvi não ligar e ir até a loja, mas como eu já imaginava eles nem tinham começado a fazer. Pedi o ressarcimento somente entregaram o dinheiro e nem se quer um pedido de desculpa pelo atraso e transtorno. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, PIOR LUGAR PARA SE COMPRAR EM ALTAMIRA. QUEM QUISER COMPRAR NESSA LOJA ESTEJA CIENTE QUE O ATENDIMENTO E O CUIDADO COM O CLIENTE É ZERO.
Terrible attendance. I bought 10 shirts for my company on 12/30/2020. To be delivered on 07/12/2020. But when the day of delivery came I called to see if it was ready and was not, they promised me for the next day. On December 8, I called again to see if it was ready and I was told that the fabric was wrong and I couldn't sublimate it. I decided to do ciregraphy to speed it up, so I was promised to deliver on December 9th in the late afternoon. On the 9th I called and they told me they were finishing and that it would be ready the next day. Today, December 10, I decided not to call and go to the store, but as I already imagined they hadn't even started doing it. I asked for the reimbursement they just handed over the money and they don't even want an apology for the delay and inconvenience. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, WORST PLACE TO BUY IN ALTAMIRA. WHO WANTS TO BUY IN THIS STORE BE AWARE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE IS ZERO.
