Comprei um guarda roupa e veio desmontado sem nenhuma proteção. As peças enroladas com fitas adesivas, ficou grupe da fita em várias partes do guarda roupa. Nem sequer colocaram papelão para proteção. Além da demora para entregarem.
Não comprem!

I bought a wardrobe and it came apart without any protection. The pieces wrapped with adhesive tapes, the tape group remained in various parts of the wardrobe. They didn't even put cardboard for protection. Besides the delay to deliver.

Quando conseguir falar com alguém a atendente não sabia nem onde estava a minha ordem de compra. Não sabe onde arquivaram, por isso não podia dizer quando eu ia receber a cama. Não atendem bem, perdem os documentos e não dizem o prazo de entrega. Obs. Minha tia comprou junto comigo e recebeu a dela com 13 dias. NÃO COMPREM.
I bought a particular bed because it had a shorter delivery time. I was assured it would arrive in up to 8 days and it's been 14 days. Detail: I called to find out and it's always busy. When I was able to speak to someone, the attendant didn't even know where my purchase order was. He doesn't know where they filed it, so I couldn't say when I was going to receive the bed.
