Canso de ouvir reclamações sobre esse banco e fiquei bastante chateada quando, uma vizinha minha de idade já avançada pediu ajuda para entrar em contato com o Banese card, que pasmem não atende a ninguém. A pobre senhora tentou ir até um dos pontos para resolver seu problema e pediram para que ela entrasse em contato através do telefone(novamente) para falar com algum atendente, ela cansada, pediu-me ajuda com isso e vamos la tentar...fiquei mais de uma hora pendurada no telefone, para tentar falar com qualquer um desses "atendentes" e não consegui, muita falta de organização, sensibilidade e acessibilidade.
I think the main point of any company is organization, which is not present here. I'm tired of hearing complaints about this bank and I was quite upset when an elderly neighbor of mine asked for help to get in touch with the Banese card, which amazingly doesn't help anyone. The poor lady tried to go to one of the points to solve her problem and they asked her to get in touch by phone (again) to speak with an attendant, she was tired, she asked me for help with this and let's try...I stayed more than an hour hanging on the phone, trying to talk to any of these "attendants" and I couldn't, a lot of lack of organization, sensitivity and accessibility.
