★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vai para fazer um serviço querem te empurrar muitos outros que são desnecessário. O serviço foi feito com peças de baixa qualidade e cobram com se fosse peça genuína, o pneu foi um pouco mais em conta, mas no geral não vale a pena. Não recomendo, não volto mais!!!!
 If you go to do a job, they want to push you many others that are unnecessary. The service was done with low quality parts and they charge as if it were a genuine part, the tire was a little more affordable, but overall it's not worth it. I don't recommend, I won't be back!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenção com aquela espirrada de óleo para dizer que o amortecedor está vazando e precisa ser trocado... Me identifico exatamente com outros relatos que aparecem aqui: o pneu saiu por um preço um pouco mais baixo, porém querem empurrar um monte de coisas e saem condenando aquilo que provavelmente está em ordem.

Agora, a troca dos pneus foi péssimo, e o alinhamento foi pior ainda. O funcionário que fez o alinhamento do meu carro piorou muito mais do que ele já estava agora o carro fica puxando de lado mesmo na reta com dois pneus da frente novos pois eu fui a está loja justamente para trocar os dois pneus dianteiros por novos...
Além disso queriam cobrar mais do que fizeram....
Como eram pneus que só eles tinham não havia outra opção a não ser trocar nessa loja... Nossa, como eu me arrependi. Quando eu estava voltando para casa sentir o carro com uma trepidação e parei no posto de gasolina pois eu achava que eu não tinha sido calibrado da forma correta...
Ai eu me deparei com dois parafusos totalmente soltos e a roda desse carro só tem 3 parafusos eu poderia ter capotado o carro facilmente, pois tinha pego a Dutra para voltar para casa... depois que eu apertei os dois parafusos que estavam frouxo o carro está puxando para o lado esquerdo... Agora eu vou ter que gastar dinheiro de novo com outro alinhamento em outro lugar...Porque eu sei que eu vou chegar lá e eles vão dizer que não tem garantia porque eu posso ter pego qualquer buraco e aquele blá blá blá de sempre....
Nesta loja não volto nunca mais. Péssimo lugar pra trocar pneu.
Service was reasonable....
Now, the tire change was terrible, and the alignment was even worse. The employee who did the alignment of my car got worse than he already was now the car is pulling to the side even on the straight with two new front tires because I went to this store just to change the two front tires for new ones.. .
Also, they wanted to charge more than they did....
As they were tires that only they had, there was no other option but to change them in this store... Wow, how I regretted it. When I was coming home I felt the car vibrate and I stopped at the gas station because I thought I had not been calibrated correctly...
Then I came across two screws totally loose and the wheel of this car only has 3 screws I could have easily flipped the car, because I had taken Dutra to go home... after I tightened the two screws that were loose in the car it's pulling to the left side... Now I'm going to have to spend money again on another alignment somewhere else... Because I know I'll get there and they'll say there's no guarantee because I could have caught any hole and the usual blah blah blah...
I will never go back to this store. Bad place to change a tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se for trocar apenas pneu vale a pena pelo preço. Troquei discos traseiros do freio e pastilhas traseiras e mais alguns serviços que também julgaram serem necessários. Acho que nas especificações de ítens trocados listados na nota fiscal faltou a marca dos produtos, pois me agrada saber se de fato tal marca é boa ou não. Apenas foi bem especificado na nota fiscal os itens pneus que eu escolhi. Fui bem atendido. Tenho como costume olhar o que estão fazendo no meu carro, fazer questão que aguarde numa sala, mesmo que climatizada me contrariou um pouco, mas é costume meu que julgo estar correto. Telhado de metal num galpão grande, tido como loja e oficina, um calor infernal, juro, fiquei com dó dos funcionários, pois conforto não é só para cliente, pois tratamento humano não é só para quem paga, mas para quem lhe presta o serviço, ser humano, então, por favor, melhorem as condições de trabalho, pois isso me causou constrangimento de me oferecerem um paraíso fresco e os funcionários numa fornalha abafada. E olha que na hora não estava dia de calor extremo, me compadeci pensando o dia a dia de trabalho em dias mais quentes. Fica a minha dica.

Metal roof in a large shed, considered as a store and workshop, a hellish heat, I swear, I felt sorry for the employees, because comfort is not just for the customer, because humane treatment is not only for those who pay, but for those who provide the service , human being, so please improve the working conditions as it caused me embarrassment to be offered a cool paradise and employees in a stuffy furnace. And look, at the time it wasn't a day of extreme heat, I felt sorry for the day to day work on hotter days. Here's my tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! O preço dos pneus te atraem, porém o serviço acaba que ficando mais caro. Após a retirada dos pneus tentaram me empurrar uma reforma de rodas na qual a justificativa era ter pego muitos buracos, no qual eu olhei e não vi nada de errado, não concordei após muita insistência do funcionário. Enfim. Troquei os pneus e fiz alinhamento e “balanceamento” (150$) que posteriormente constatei que de balanceamento não fizeram nada, ou melhor, pioraram. A gente se preocupa com a nossa segurança, faz as manutenções preventivas pra no fim sair da oficina correndo mais riscos do que quando entrou. Peguei estrada com meus clientes pra Santos e o volante trepidava a 95km/h, isso na imigrantes, como anda menos que isso numa via de 120?
Não voltei na oficina pois justificariam que o problema seria o apresentado no início do atendimento e acabei que levando na oficina de minha confiança, onde pude provar que não balançaram meu carro. Uma das rodas estava 60/50 e outra 75/50 onde esses mesmos números teriam que ser próximos de zero. Acabei que gastando por duas mãos de obra!
