★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o vidro de meu carro estilhaçado após uma pedra cair do caminhão desta loja de material de construção!
A questão é: fui até a loja junto com o caminhão; tive naquela ocasião, contato com o proprietário da loja, que imediatamente quis passar a responsabilidade para um sernhorzinho motorista!
Minha proposta a ele foi a seguinte, eu pago 50% porém não quero que cobre do motorista, uma vez que entendo que as pedras são responsabilidade da loja e não do motorista!
Pra minha surpresa, após vários contatos, o responsável por está loja, simplesmente não assumiu, ou melhor, tirou o corpo fora mesmo após dizer que o faria!
Conclusão: querer que o senhorzinho que não tem condições pagar, e tirar o "corpo fora" se eximindo da responsabilidade é muito triste. Atitude de gente mesquinha!

The question is: I went to the store with the truck; at that time, I had contact with the store owner, who immediately wanted to pass the responsibility on to a little driver!
My proposal to him was as follows, I pay 50% but I do not want to charge the driver, since I understand that the stones are the responsibility of the store and not the driver!
To my surprise, after several contacts, the person in charge of this store, simply did not assume, or rather, took the body off even after saying he would!
Conclusion: wanting the little man who is unable to pay, and taking the "body out" to exempt himself from responsibility is very sad. Attitude of petty people!
