Tecnologia para quê, se não se respeita o ser humano? Minha experiência foi sofrível! Sou cliente que migrou da Nextel para a Claro e tenh plano Pós-pago. Fiquei dois dias sem acesso algum. Me dirigi à Claro e solicitei um novo chip. A equipe que me atendeu me convenceu que o meu problema seria no aparelho o que foi negado por um Técnico e me orientou a adquirir novo chip. Apesar de apresentar os meus documentos de identidade a equipe não conseguiu me identificar biometricamente e não liberaram a venda de um chip... Me senti extremamente constrangida e assediada psicologicamente e fisicamente, pois foi exposta como se eu não fosse a pessoa que sou. Houve três tentativas de identificação fotográfica sem sucesso. Me senti muito assediada até chegar ao ponto de cancelar a minha conta com a Claro. Muita incompetência e pouco domínio de novas tecnologias...

Technology for what, if you don't respect the human being? My experience was terrible! I am a customer who migrated from Nextel to Claro and I have a Postpaid plan. I had no access for two days. I went to Claro and requested a new chip. The team that attended me convinced me that my problem would be in the device, which was denied by a technician and guided me to acquire a new chip. Despite presenting my identity documents, the team was unable to biometrically identify me and did not release the sale of a chip... I felt extremely embarrassed and harassed psychologically and physically, as I was exposed as if I was not the person I am. There were three unsuccessful photo identification attempts. I felt very harassed until I got to the point of canceling my account with Claro. A lot of incompetence and little mastery of new technologies...
