Não entendo nada de banda larga e pacote de tv por assinatura mas fui atendida por Raquel q fiz questão de gravar o nome,educada,simpatica e principalmente clara e objetiva com os meus interesses...por esse motivo vim até aqui avaliar pq se tibesse sido mal atendida viria tbm!
 I was at the store today and I have to emphasize the service I received. I don't understand anything about broadband and cable TV package but I was assisted by Raquel who made a point of recording her name, polite, friendly and above all clear and objective with my interests... for this reason I came here to evaluate why if I tibesse been poorly attended would come too!

Já havia passado outras vezes na loja para negociar e tirar dúvidas antes de fechar meu contrato e como sempre, fui muito bem atendida e recebida pela Ingrid e pelos meninos da loja. Estou muito feliz com a atenção que recebi. Todos muito educados e prestativos. Parabéns para esta equipe, muito melhor que telefone e outras lojas Claro aqui da cidade.
I went to the store today and purchased a TV package from the saleswoman INGRID. I had already stopped by the store other times to negotiate and ask questions before closing my contract and as always, I was very well attended and received by Ingrid and the boys at the store. I am very happy with the attention I received. All very polite and helpful. Congratulations to this team, much better than telephone and other Claro stores here in the city.
